WHO WE ARE

Integrity Earthworks, LLC was founded in 2009 by Steve Pacsay of Wolfeboro. Steve started Integrity Earthworks with the vision of creating a company that can pride itself on providing not only service and product excellence, but also creating a work environment that will attract and keep only the best employees. By focusing on his team, Steve has created a workforce of highly professional and skilled workers who also take great pride in their work. It is our main goal to achieve 100% employee and customer satisfaction.

 Like many successful companies, Integrity Earthworks comes from humble beginnings. Starting off with just a small fleet of equipment, we have grown to a size which is capable of handling jobs ranging in size from small backyard improvements to large government contract projects. Steve has been doing earthwork for 25 years with extensive experience in all aspects of the industry and welcomes a challenge. Having managed many large job sites including highway reconstruction and state and federally funded projects, Steve has established himself as a highly detail oriented leader.
 

Integrity Earthworks believes in strong community involvement and has participated by donating work to local youth and Christian organizations as well as providing services and donations to our brave veterans within the Lakes Region. We believe it is of utmost importance to give back to our community and help out when we are needed.
